I stayed at this hotel in Puerto Del Carmen, which I visit annually, and despite its great location near everything, the food quality was a letdown. The rooms lacked sunlight but were comfortable for a good night's sleep.

My room was in the far corner, so it was a bit dark inside and lacked the sun I would have liked. I missed having a balcony, but the bed in the back bedroom was comfy.

The service here was top-notch, especially when they quickly fixed a booking mistake we had with half-board. The staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay.
